User Agreement

This agreement defines the rules for using the game key sales website.

The User agrees to use the Website solely for legal purposes and refrain from actions violating the laws of their country or international law.

The Administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the User's access to the Website without explanation if a violation of the Agreement is suspected.
In case of account blocking, funds may be frozen until the circumstances are clarified.
The Administration has the right to request documents to verify the User's identity in case of suspicious activity.
The use of anonymizers, VPNs, and other identity-hiding tools may result in account blocking.
The Administration reserves the right to check the legality of funds used for payment.

Payments for goods are made using the methods available on the Website.
All transactions are final. Refunds are only possible in cases provided by this Agreement or applicable law.
If fraud, stolen data usage, or other violations are suspected, the Administration reserves the right to block the User's account and withhold payments without explanation.
Payments may be frozen for up to 365 days for verification of fund sources.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of their payment details.
The Administration is not responsible for losses resulting from User errors during payment.

The affiliate program allows Users to earn rewards for referring new customers to the Website.
Rewards are credited according to the affiliate program terms outlined on the Website.
The Administration reserves the right to deny rewards without explanation in the following cases:
- If there are suspicions of using bots, multiple accounts, fraud traffic, or other dishonest methods.
- If stolen or illegal funds are suspected to be used for payments.
- If the User's affiliate activity is fraudulent or harms the Website.
The Administration’s decision on account blocking and reward denial is final and non-appealable.
Creating multiple accounts to receive additional bonuses is prohibited.
The use of bots or automated systems for customer acquisition is forbidden.
Affiliate payments are made according to internal regulations and within the set deadlines.
If an account is blocked, affiliate earnings are annulled.

The Website provides its services "as is" without any guarantees.
The Administration is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect Website use or third-party actions.
The User assumes all risks associated with digital goods usage.
The Administration does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Website.
In case of technical failures, the Administration is not liable for possible User losses.
The Administration may temporarily suspend the Website for maintenance.

In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiations.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Any matters not covered by this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations.

The Website does not provide services to users from the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
Users from these countries should understand that the Administration has the right to block funds on their account without explanation.
In case of registration and use of the Website by users from these countries, all funds in their accounts may be frozen in accordance with the internal rules of the Administration.

By continuing to use the Website, you automatically agree to this Agreement.
